Cucumber sandwiches are a light and refreshing snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 large cucumber
- 8 slices of bread
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber thinly.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
- Layer cucumber slices on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Cut sandwiches into quarters and serve.
