- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (or mint)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Peel the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and finely chop it.
- Place the chopped cucumber in a towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, dill (or mint), lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil until well combined.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with paprika.
Notes
- For a lighter dip, use regular plain yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
