Description
Deviled eggs topped with pepper jelly for a sweet and spicy twist.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons pepper jelly
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, and then simmering for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Top each filled egg with a small spoonful of pepper jelly.

- Adjust the amount of pepper jelly based on your taste.
- Chill the eggs before serving for better flavor.
