Description

Deviled eggs topped with pepper jelly for a sweet and spicy twist.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons pepper jelly

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, and then simmering for 10 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them.
  3. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  4. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Top each filled egg with a small spoonful of pepper jelly.
