A tasty snack combining dill pickles, cheese, and Ritz crackers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dill pickles, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 package Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and dill pickles.
- Spread the mixture on half of the Ritz crackers.
- Top with another cracker to make a sandwich.
- Place sandwiches on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
