- 4 cups Chex cereal
- 1 cup pretzel sticks
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup dill pickle seasoning
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, and roasted peanuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dill pickle seasoning, vegetable oil, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the seasoning mixture over the cereal mix and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- Adjust the amount of dill pickle seasoning to taste.
