A refreshing dill pickle pasta salad that combines pasta, pickles, and a creamy dressing.

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup dill pickles, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pickles, red onion, and celery.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Add chopped fresh dill for extra flavor.
