Ingredients

Instructions
- Choose ripe but not overripe fruits.
- Wash and slice the fruits thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C) and arrange the fruit slices on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 4 to 6 hours, flipping halfway through, until dry and crisp.
- Let the chips cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

- Space fruit slices apart on baking sheets for even drying.
