Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add zoodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until zoodles are tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian herbs.
- Use a vegetable peeler for wider zoodles.
