Description

A quick and nutritious shrimp and asparagus stir fry packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add asparagus and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
