Description

A simple and creamy rice pudding recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
