Description

A delicious and easy eclair cake made with layers of graham crackers and cream filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix milk and pudding until thick.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  3. In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and chocolate chips until melted to make the frosting.
  9. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top layer of graham crackers.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, refrigerate overnight.
  • You can add more layers if desired.
  • Substitute chocolate for caramel sauce if preferred.
