Description
A delicious and easy eclair cake made with layers of graham crackers and cream filling.
Ingredients

- 1 box of graham crackers
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 cup of heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix milk and pudding until thick.
- Fold in whipped topping until combined.
- In a baking dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second layer.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and chocolate chips until melted to make the frosting.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, refrigerate overnight.
- You can add more layers if desired.
- Substitute chocolate for caramel sauce if preferred.
