A simple and delicious egg roll recipe that you can make at home.

- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ground pork, cooking until brown.
- Stir in cabbage, carrots, and green onions; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Add soy sauce and mix well.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over and roll tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Fry egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Use ground chicken or beef as alternatives.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
