Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs, eggnog, and vanilla; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool before frosting.
