Delicious eggnog-flavored pancakes perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup eggnog
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, whisk eggnog, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup or whipped cream.
- Add a sprinkle of nutmeg on top for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
