Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggnog, milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with maple syrup or whipped cream.
  • Add a sprinkle of nutmeg on top for extra flavor.
