Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Grease a cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix the dried fruits and nuts.
  4. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  6. Sift together flour, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  7. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  8. Add the fruit and nut mixture and mix well.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  10. Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until a toothpick comes out clean.
