- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a tart pan evenly.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone, heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and powdered sugar.
- Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
