Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan evenly.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  5. Let it cool completely.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone, heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and powdered sugar.
  7. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  8. Spread the filling into the cooled crust.
  9. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
