A hearty dish combining cabbage, Fritos, and ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups Fritos
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the onion in a large skillet.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and cook until the cabbage is tender.
- Top with shredded cheese and allow it to melt.
- Serve with Fritos on top.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.
