Ingredients

- 2 cups of water or coconut water
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of fresh orange or lemon slices
- 1/2 cup of fresh mint leaves
- Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- Choose your fruits based on your preferences.
- Wash all the fruits thoroughly and prepare them (hull, slice, etc.).
- Fill the ice cube tray with the prepared fruit pieces.
- Add water or coconut water over the fruit in each compartment.
- Freeze the ice cubes for at least 4-6 hours.
Notes
- Mix and match fruits based on what you have at home or what’s in season.
- Store frozen cubes in a resealable plastic bag or airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
- Label the storage with the date and type of fruit used.
