Ingredients

  • Ground turkey: 1 lb (450 g)
  • Cauliflower florets: 4 cups (about 1 medium head)
  • Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
  • Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (56 g)
  • Fresh thyme: 2 teaspoons, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)
  • Onion: 1 medium, diced
  • Black pepper: to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup (50 g)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: wash and cut cauliflower into florets, mince garlic, and dice onion.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey to the skillet, season with black pepper, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned.
