Description

A simple and delicious garlic chicken lo mein recipe.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and mixed vegetables. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
