Description

A simple and flavorful dish of grilled shrimp tossed in garlic and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Let shrimp marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  6. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  7. Remove from grill and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
