  • Long-grain rice: 1 cup (about 200 grams)
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, grated (about 50 grams)
  • Butter: 2 tablespoons (about 30 grams)
  • Chicken broth: 2 cups (about 480 ml)
  • Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped (about 15 grams)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Rinse the long-grain rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the rinsed rice to the saucepan and stir to coat in the garlic butter, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
