Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk molasses, milk, oil, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fill a donut pan with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Top with icing for extra sweetness.
