Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.

- Cook each slice in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
