Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, molasses, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
- Preheat waffle iron and grease it lightly.
- Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
