Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
