Greek Meatballs (Keftedes) are flavorful, juicy meatballs made with ground meat and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce.
- Can be baked instead of fried.
