Description

Grilled corn on the cob with chili lime butter is a flavorful side dish perfect for summer barbecues.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the corn with the chili lime butter mixture.
  5. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred.
  6. Remove from grill and brush with more chili lime butter.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Soaking the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling can enhance moisture.
  • Adjust chili powder to taste for more or less heat.
