Description

A creamy pasta dish featuring halloumi cheese for a unique twist on traditional carbonara.


Ingredients

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 150g halloumi cheese, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, fry the diced halloumi until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drain pasta and add it to the pan with halloumi.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture.
  6. Mix thoroughly until creamy.
