- 200g spaghetti
- 150g halloumi cheese, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 100ml heavy cream
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a pan, fry the diced halloumi until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Drain pasta and add it to the pan with halloumi.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture.
- Mix thoroughly until creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.

- You can substitute halloumi with another cheese if desired.
