- 6 croissants, sliced in half
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer the bottom with sliced croissants.
- Add diced ham and shredded cheese on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissant layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
