Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, almond butter, and honey until combined.
- Add chopped nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
