Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and scramble until cooked.
  5. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Add a layer of sausage and eggs on the buns.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
