Ingredients

- 2 cups cornbread, crumbled
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the crumbled cornbread, celery, onion, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth and beaten eggs.
- Pour the broth mixture into the cornbread mixture and stir until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the stuffing mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
