A simple recipe for homemade Italian dressing.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Add Dijon mustard and honey, whisk until smooth.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a jar and shake well before serving.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Shake well before each use.
