Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into chunks.
- Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain and place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Smash the sweet potatoes with a fork or potato masher.
- In a bowl, mix honey, chili powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the mixture over the smashed sweet potatoes.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
