- 1 lb honey garlic sausage
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots.
- Drizzle with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread mixture on the prepared baking sheet.
