A refreshing hot honey pasta salad with a sweet and spicy twist.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together hot honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
- Add fresh basil and toss again.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot honey based on your spice preference.
- Can add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
