Instructions
- Combine mashed potatoes, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

- Divide dough into equal portions and shape into flat rounds.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each farl for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and serve warm.
