Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  4. Add bell pepper and shrimp, cook until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Stir in jerk seasoning and coconut milk, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta, toss to combine.
