Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add bell pepper and shrimp, cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in jerk seasoning and coconut milk, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve hot.
