Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large bell peppers, halved

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper half with the chicken mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
