- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 large bell peppers, halved
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Stuff each bell pepper half with the chicken mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
