Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and salt.
- Add melted butter, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
