Keto Philly cheesesteak roll ups are a low-carb version of the classic sandwich.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until tender.
- Add ribeye steak to the skillet. Cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place the mixture on a slice of cheese and roll up.
- Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use a different type of cheese if desired.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
