Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
- Cook for another 3-4 minutes until fully combined.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with green onions.
