Description
Lasagna roll ups are a tasty twist on traditional lasagna. They are filled with cheese and sauce, rolled up, and baked until bubbly.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take one noodle and spread a portion of the cheese mixture on it. Roll it up and place it seam side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and cheese mixture.
- Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the roll ups and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for added flavor.
- Substitute spinach for a healthier option.
- These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
