- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with Romano cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- In the skillet, add chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom to deglaze.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with the sauce drizzled on top.
