Description

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
