Ingredients
- Salmon fillets: 4 pieces (about 6 oz each)
- Fresh dill: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lemon: 2 (1 for juice and zest, 1 for slices)
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey: 1 tablespoon (optional for glaze)
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, black pepper, and honey in a bowl. Coat the salmon and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes, then serve with grilled lemon slices and garnish with fresh dill.
