- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
