A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole loaded with nacho flavors.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground sausage
- 8 oz tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the ground sausage in a skillet until browned.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
- Add half of the cooked sausage over the chips.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the sausage.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, sausage, and cheese.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salsa, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered casserole.
- Top with diced green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.

- Customize with your favorite toppings.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
