- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- You can substitute different vegetables based on your preference.
