Description
Lumpia is a traditional Filipino spring roll filled with a mix of vegetables and meat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ground pork
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 package lumpia wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, and soy sauce.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Take a lumpia wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
- Seal the edges with a bit of water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the lumpia until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
- You can substitute pork with chicken or shrimp.
- Make sure the oil is hot before frying to avoid sogginess.
